Q. Where is Nic Santa based?

Nicolas is based in Liverpool, UK. His clients are predominantly from Merseyside although he has worked with athletes from all over the world.

Q. Is Nic Santa Coaching only for competitive athletes?

No! Nic's coaching program is perfect for anyone who wants to lose weight, gain lean muscle mass, or just build a robust, strong body in general. There is certainly no requirement to train combat sports or similar in order to qualify for specialist strength and conditioning coaching.

Q. Do I need any prior knowledge of lifting to qualify for coaching?

None at all. When you work with Nicolas you will be given a program that is tailor-made to accommodate your current level of knowledge, which will change every 6 weeks so that you never stop learning.
